Had problem with central heating system, no hot water, had a blockage, sorted out problem, friendly reliable service.

i called him and reported i had water dripping though ceiling, he arrived within the hour, found a heating pipe leaking and repaired it, this is the first time i used this company

Heating broke down and had to call. Did a nice job and back up and running now.

We called Mr Cox on Friday evening with problem concerning oil boiler and he called us on Saturday morning and came out to fix the problem shortly after 10:00 am - he was very professional and I would recommend him and use him again.

A & E Plumbing & Heating have been working with us for 10 years. He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! He is also exceptionally clean and tidy and always uses dust sheets so not to make a mess anywhere. He is very honest and will let you know the exact issue so you don't spend money unnecessarily. Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

Had water leak from the block stop on the radiator. Arrived in 30 mins, workmanship is fantastic, price was even better, top man will definitely be using paul for any more plumbing jobs, thankyou paul for a top job.
