Huge Let Down

Total let down. £150 in travel costs up in smoke. Didn't have my dress and told my mum and I different stories about making the appointment/not making it. Gutted. Total waste of time.

Excellent and caring service provided at the last minute when we were let down by another supplier. They stepped in and had the right size suits on the shelf in the style we wanted.
