    needed a van for a day then could not get it back due to illness, they came and picked it up and did not charge me any extra, I highly recommend

    Customer service and assistance is superb they came back to their premises after hours to help me out when I had been let down by another company.

    The van was clapped out; no attempt to ready it for a new rental. No record of all the damage to the bodywork kept. Returned van with more fuel than it came with & they took £10 after I left
