Can't really say they helped me much! After signing up just one call to say my CV had been forward to a client for one available role,nothing else apart from that.

Found temp work through Adecco, I found their service to be helpful.Even with less experience they found me a decent temporary job with some good pay!

Not had much luck with Adecco, sent my CV over and signed up since then no interviews and no job calls received.I think they ask for too much experience!
