Advantages of wireless systems, you can add a range of extras anytime, co2, gas, flood, smoke detectors, waterproof panic or extra sensors in garages etc not joined to the property. Also the batteries are lithium which give an estimated 5 year life before replacements required.

Wired systems and cctv will require a more thorough survey before installation.
