On a recent visit to the Wirral I needed a few DIY items urgently. B&Q had everything I needed on the shelf and the assistant who helped me find everything was everso kind and helpful.

They do lots of different pots for different needs, didn't take me long to find one I liked. It was quite big, however the staff helped me take it to the car. Prices were good too.

I returned a pressure washer that was faulty and received a full refund without any fuss. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
