Friendly staff and quality products, but if they have the same products in Wickes it will be cheaper there!

Ordered halogen light. but after a long delay had to cancel due to poor response

After item was overdue, unable to get any satisfaction with telephone calls, promised to return calls but did not. Did not answer phone. Eventually had to revisit the shop to cancel.
