This shop is utterly amazing, I went in there enquiring about my dogs skin condition, was kindly advised onto a good brand and my dogs never been better, the manager works very hard.

Alan and Partner are very Friendly, very Helpful, and will spend time whenever you have a query or just general Help.

This shop was recently taken over by the current owners and has become the best shop in Ongar. The service is 1st class, the prices cheaper than Pets at Home, no more trips to Harlow for me!
