lovely riverside position with views of the Tyne, walking distance of all local attractions and shopping with excellent service provided by all staff. safe secure parking available.

Not the best experience...
The room although clean, was quite small for the price (£94). The bar staff were distracted with a mobile, and it took a while to get served my expensive pint.

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Great location, clean comfortable room but could do with updating. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were all friendly, helpful and polite locals.
