My dog came back with a sore belly due to the disinfectant they use. I had a vets bill, all they said was 'you should have asked for a mild disinfectant'. How would you know to do that?

I found the staff at Cross Green to be very rude indeed this time around, which is a shame as I've used them before and had no problems.
