Absolutely furious with this "team of female videographers" They turned up to my wedding party THREE hours late !! We agreed on them arriving at 5pm, but they arrived at 8pm - bravo !!!! They refuse to accept they were three hours late , even when I have written confirmation from them that they would be there at 5pm !? so dear all aspiring brides, if you want to spend three hours crying your eyes out then hire these people. They will be great at having that effect. Oh and by the way for the three hours , I had no contact from them and spent hours calling them and wondering whether they would even turn up - LAST thing you need on your pre wedding party 7 months later and I still haven't received my DVD ( which I was promised a month ago) Can't even get a hold of them, the main owner ignores my emails, texts and calls. Unreliable, unprofessional, and pathetic . Would not recommend to anyone.
