Devon Building Services Limited, are NICEIC and Gas Safe registered, covering Barnstaple, the North Devon area, the South West including Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. An M and E subcontractor for commercial properties, schools, social housing, camp sites.
We have our own electricians and plumbers for testing and installation, painters and carpenters.
PAT, portable appliance testing service available.
At our address we have a workshop that repair and rewind electric motors, service and repair pumps, supported by electrical maintenance, installation electricians. Can specify and supply electric motors and pumps to suit your requirements.
We also have a grit blast cleaning unit that can clean parts up to 2 metres long, such as motor bike frames, car bonnets, doors sills.
Fan extraction service, where we clean, repair and electrically refurbish either onsite or in our workshop.
