Awful Waxing

Had a horrible experience of hollywood and half leg wax. First they were late, I felt the therapists were not trained properly and I had to go home and shave! Save your money, go elsewhere!

Rude receptionist, taken to a filthy back corridor by the toilets for the treatment I had booked (eyebrow threading). Very poor standard of cleanliness and customer care. Will not return.

First impression, nice salon, but thats it. Service was shocking, ended up going somewhere else to get a proper bikini wax. Very rude. I refused to pay.

I had eyelash extensions done here for my wedding, i was so disappointed. They cost nearly £100 and had fallen off within a week, when i called to complain they didn't want to know!
