Presentation good.Finger sandwiches, bread dry on one side. Scone dry.3 types of cake, all dry. Tea went cold quickly.Waitress snappy and talked down to us. Won't go back!

Wedding reception in the magnificent Orchid suite. The staff could not have been more helpful and the buffet was superb with the delicious pork and beef much appreciated by everyone. Great.

Tried a number of venues to arrange a wedding reception, decided on the Grand not only because of a great hotel with magnificent outlook but also the staff were so friendly and helpful.
