Bad service, bad attitude

I also experienced awful service in Rugby, the waitress was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. We were all shocked and disgusted by her attitude. We will not be returning.

The waitress at the Rugby branch was the rudest waitress I have ever came across, for no apparent reason. She made the atmosphere awkward and the evening difficult to enjoy. shameful.

although i have visited this restaurant many times and had a good meal, I recently went with a large party. the food was nice but the service was very slow.

A lovely Valentine's meal

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely meal at Il Bertorelli (formerly Caffe Uno) in Rugby. The food was delicious, the service fantastic and the bill was refreshingly reasonable.
