Service is usually good but on occasions can be awful such as when i got my slr camera. Staff told me certain things would be included but latyer when asked denied all knowledge!

Done so much shopping at John Lewis in the last month.This store is huge you can find so much to buy! Prices are not bad either! Service has been friendly always when shopping here.

Great service at the Christian Dior counter when chosing perfume for a present. Bought a Dune gift set, also 10% off and beautifully hand gift wrapped.

I have bought numerous products from John Lewis and have never been disappointed. Recently bought a great microwave oven. Especially recommended for electrical items. Free extended warranty.
