Really good cellar bar, quite studenty and can get busy but much bigger inside than it looks, all underground. Pub grub which is good value

This is a must visit in York. Down a small passage and completely underground. Good selection of drinks. feels like you in the cellar

Very busy on the Friday we went, lots of student but a good atmosphere and nice clean place.
