Friendly quote - then shoddy work

Agreed a price with friendly owner. He then sent someone with no tiles or scaffold. Couldnt reach all areas, but demanded full payment. Owner wont answer his phone now. Best avoided.

Really happy and pleasant to quote, then sent someone without the tools or materials to do the job. Intimidated a pensioner to pay, though job wasnt done, then wouldnt answer phone. Avoid.
