2 night stay (was booked for 4 nighs but booked into another hotel after 2 days)

We booked for 4 nights dinner, bed and breakfast (£935) we booked out 2 nights early as the staff were awful, (they would blank you if they didn't want to serve you!) An AWFUL experience!!!
