Not much quality clothing around any more, prices have shot up also! I hope M and S can cut down the prices soon!

Bad value must be said the prices are just horrible here,they have no sales on either.The prices are terrible but the service is not so bad, they are friendly staff here who look to help you

I visited this store and the level of customer service received was absolutely outstanding, there is no other word to describe it. You must visit Marks & Spencer on Briggate to experience it
