Astounding volume level inside the store

Not a bad store, but the volume level in the Glasgow branch was horrendous when I visited yesterday. Literally, I could not hear what the shop assistant was saying. Bizarre

lovely shoes but turn the music down !!

although office shoes are of good quality and not too expensive, the service could be improved if they turned their music down, afterall this is a shoe shop and not a night club
