Absolutely terrible. Order was a month late and then two of the three things arrive faulty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced - rude and untruthful.

Bathroom a month late arriving and then told to wait a month for a refund when the order was cancelled.
Abysmal.

Awful customer service with rude and poorly trained staff. Blatantly lied to me on multiple occassions about delayed delivery.
I wish I'd read all the other reviews before using them!

Wish I'd read other comments before - an appalling company, failed to deliver bath, denied any knowledge of delivery date already agreed, Zane, Joe, Dev and others all rude and dishonest.
