i had 2 crs through them at the same time payed one off other year then whent today to part ex other and got declined for a new car whot is £20,000 the customer service is a joke and staff
Wish we'd had access to reviews before we took out our 3 year van lease. Appalling organisation, nasty people, the female 'customer service' was atrocious and nasty. Felt very victimised.
This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Go to your own bank or find finance with a company that know what their doing. Avoid!
Just tried to get a settlement figure through them and its going to cost me more to settle then it is to keep paying my finance! How does that work?
The worst company I ever did business with in 23 years! Now its finally at Watford court in 08-2009 and I reported several possible crimes against me by Nissan staff to the police too.
