Saks beauty - awful! Felt like I was battered and bruised by the therapist. Facial was far from relaxing. So rude! Eyebrow shape left me blistered. Only saving grace was manicurist -lovely.

Very nice hairdressers quite expensive although you get a really good service. Professional staff. Would recommend.

This is possibly the worst salon I have ever attended. The staff are rude and unprofessional, the salon itself is dirty and poorly maintained. Not to the normal Saks standards. Awful.
