We are a national charity formerly known as The Shaftesbury Society, and are situated in the middle of an inner city council estate. We have had a thriving ministry in Battersea for well over a hundred years, and today we continue to build on the legacy of community outreach, support, and empowerment. At the heart of our work is a worshipping community, and we are affiliated to New Frontiers, an international family of evangelical churches. We also have room hire available which can be used for a number of functions including home groups, study groups, prayer meetings, exercise classes, birthday parties, plus much more. We are a family oriented church, and various classes take place on Sunday, with activities relevant to their age groups. Our Sunday services are friendly, and inclusive participation is encouraged throughout the service.
