The Practice was established in1982 on Lanark Road, Stateford, Edinburgh by two of the existing partners Ken and Sue Urquhart. The main surgery was relocated to the purpose built premises at Clovenstone Drive in 1996.
The Partnership was joined by Donald Mactaggart in 1999. The practice now has five veterinary surgeons, seven nurses and two receptionists.
Donald offers a dermatology referral service to veterinary colleagues in the East of Scotland and in Northern England. This service runs from our Clovenstone surgery.
The Practice is located on the west side of Edinburgh and we are well situated for clients from: Colinton, Corstophine, Craiglockhart, Currie, Balerno Parkhead, Shandon, Gorgie, Chesser, Wester Hailes and many other areas.
There are two centres one at Clovenstone at the edge of Wester Hailes on the Clovenstone Roundabout off the Edinburgh By-pass (A720) at the 'Baberton' junction, and the other on Gorgie Road opposite Telephone House.
