Having paid £120 to add me to the tenancy, I was never added. They then refused to give me my money back. Over all poor service and unprofessional.

Thomas James rip you off from start to finish. In a nut shell they charged us £20.00 for a reference and kept our deposit. The staff are unprofessional and have no customer service at all.
