Be very, very careful with this company. They made a mistake booking our tickets then had the cheek to charge us £350 for 30 minutes work to rectify THEIR OWN mistake!

Arranged flights

I booked flights to Tokyo just before the earthquake. Although the airline is offering a full refund, Travelup is deducting £200 for unjustified "costs". Avoid them unless you want hassle!

Online flight booking

Travel Up sold me a flight for over £400.00 I paid by credit card online(Skyscanners) and then 24 hours later they emailed me asking for an additional £165.00. No apology, just a curt email.
