Double Glazing in UK

ended up getting the whole house windows and doors replaced (over 8000pound). They left me with 1 broken window. because there new workers hit it with a hammer by "accident". also most of the windows were not safety proof, which is illegal to install. not only that the door we ordered was wrong. and the wrong way round , ( we specified the door had to open from one side out.) But they ended up installing a door that went the other way. we asked for it to be replaced and asked for a date of when it could be done but was laughed off by the main man who does the installations and answers the phone. He would not give us a date on when he could install a new door. But said " I'll drop a door off and u can install it yourself," - this was to a 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN. we were disgusted with how we were treated.

Very good service from start to finish, polite staff, quality product which i hope to last me years. Have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you

Tom's team did a brilliant job, fitting 6 windows and a door. Despite a glass supply issue. The team returned to rectify some minor snagging work, and left the job completed to a high standard. Tom kept in touch throughout. All for a realistic price. Highly recommended. Frank in Bolton.

Having read the other reviews I couldnt agree more with the majority of them that where first class. We have had our conservatory glass roof replaced by a tiled one, Tom came and gave us a lot of advice and a comprehensive quote. I used Advanced Conservatory Systems for the first time to fit new windows and doors throughout my property and they were brilliant. Tom who came out to give me a price was excellent and very reassuring regarding the products to be used. The fitters were also great, they said they would be all done in 2 days and they were, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to my Sister who wants a new conservatory.
