Usual story, quoted daft money for service from main dealer (why do they do it)? Scoured the 'tinterweb' for independent garages, sent off various e-mails asking for quotes and Adrian responded quickly with a detailed analysis of works to be carried out along with fixed price. He then followed up with a personal phone call (not often these days you get this) and spoke with me about suitability of booking in (all geared around me and what suits me best). Adrian even offered me a vehicle if I needed one (did you hear that customer service people at main dealers - not 'we don't have any left'). Adrian kept me informed at every stage even informing me that my mot had run out! Nothing was too much trouble, even rectifying a door locking issue. I have owned a wide range of premium cars over the years and will be using this team most definitely again..in saying this my wife is going to book her bmw in as she knows how fussy I can be - well done lads, first class! :)

What a garage! I today had my air conditioning repaired on my Volvo 940 at Advanced Motor Care. The service was superb and I now have ice cold air after years of the system not working properly. The communication was excellent, Adrian rang me three times during the day to keep me updated. Most garages would fit a new part but Adrian took the effort to remove and dismantle the faulty component and resolder it saving me hundreds of pounds. I needed my car back quickly and this garage stayed open until 8pm to ensure I got my vehicle back on time. The bill was much less than I thought too. I recommend Advanced Motor Care to you all. You won't find a better garage.

Took my audi for a service there they was very professional throughout and kept me upto date. The young lad who works there (mark i think) took time to explain to me what is done on a service and a bonus he even washed my vehicle! Great service will be back soon

I wasn't impressed with the service to be honest. It takes time to book an appointment with them, days to have the part delivered and it's exceptionally expensive. They were charging 65.

I went there to get MOT of my vehicle. They had no fee for consultation and had a big parking space. They were not costly even and went back to get MOT done by them.
