Had my roof repaired after the recent storm, turned up when they said they would, very competitive quote would recommend this company to friends and family

Another great job done by Walter and his friendly staff. This is the third time in the last couple of years we have used W. B. Cunningham, this time it was some roughcasting on our gables. We always recommend them to any of our friends and I've only ever heard great things

We had a problem with the roughcast on the front of our house in that it was pourous and letting water through into the inside of the house and damaging the internal plaster work. I phoned quite a few companies however they either did'nt turn up or came out had a loook and then never came back. Walter came out at the stated time, identified the problem and gave what I consider to be a very fair price. As this was in November 2015 he advised that it would be better waiting until we had better weather as the roughcast required to be removed back to brick and reapplied. In May 2016 he came out and completed all the work. required. What a difference it has made. The colour match is very good to the extent you wouldn't know it had been done against the rest of the house. I am very happy with the work carried. He will be coming back out later in the year to repair my monoblock drive and some rendering on the steps at the rear of my house. Professional job done well.

Walter and his team came to change the height of my 2 chimneys, We found them to be very professional and polite, despite the weather they came when they said they would, very pleased with the job, would highly recommend Walter and his team, I will be using them again

I have had my roof fixed twice already by 2 different roofing companies, however no one seemed to fix it. I was then recommended Allan by a friend and all I can say is what a difference. Allan was extremely thorough. He took before and after pictures of my job, explaining the issues and how to remedy them. Allan and his company are very professional and trustworthy. Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.

after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues

We called about a leaking roof in the morning and they arrived at the house by the afternoon to investigate the problem. We were provided with some options to fix the leak, and once we had decided which way to move forward they arrived promptly the next day to carry out the work. They completed the work efficiently and professionally.

We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. Michael and his team came to look at my roof hoping it was a small job but sadly the roof was in a bad way and had been neglected for decades. I got three quotes and White Knights were the cheapest and the ones that impressed me the most. They replaced the whole roof and even though it was a far bigger job than they first thought and took longer they stuck to the quote to the penny. I had water coming through our roof in several places and arranged for several companies to quote, White Knight immediately gave us faith and I am so glad that we chose them. White Knights level of knowledge and professionalism was second to none they took pictures and videos daily to show us what was needed and how they had addressed it and did a stunning job on a very difficult property in a conservation area. Added to this all of their staff were polite and courteous and really friendly. The job was quoted at 6 days but for a host of reasons it took 11 but there was not even mention that the price should increase, and it did not. I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work.
