Terms and Conditions for Review to Win

Open to all residents in the UK aged 18 or over. Every time you leave a review on ThomsonLocal.com you will be automatically entered into our free prize draw. You will receive one entry for each review you leave on ThomsonLocal.com; multiple reviews will result in multiple entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for reviews which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of review submission is not proof of entry. Only reviews approved to appear on ThomsonLocal.com will be eligible for entry to the prize draw. The promotion starts 01.05.10 and ends 30.06.10. There is one prize to be won. The prize is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS12 Compact Digital Camera. The winning entry will be drawn at random in the first week of July and be witnessed by an independent person. This person and their direct colleagues are excluded from participating in the promotion. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw taking place. Only those entries with a valid email address are eligible to win. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the original winner be non-contactable or fail to validate their identity. The prize winner will be bound by the terms imposed by any other third parties providing services as part of the prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The prize winner is responsible for all administration associated with taking the prize. Any tax liabilities incurred through participation in the promotion are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this promotion at any stage as a result of circumstances outside of their control. The prize winner may be required to participate in future publicity. The promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
