Elms heating are a local company to me that I have used before for small odd jobs, as I was always happy with the work they did I have recently had them back to install bathrooms and a cloakroom for me. Everything was to schedule, they didn't overrun at all and the work they did was excellent. I can't fault the staff they are always professional and turn up on time, they even clean up after the work is complete. I would fully recommend them.

I've used Chris at Elms heating for years and will continue to do so, he does exactly what you ask him to, he sticks to the price he quotes, works to a good time scale and just gets the job done and all for a good price. It goes without saying that I would recommend him to others and give him 5 stars.

Elms Plumbing & Heating, Essex, were fantastic, they came and installed a shower and toilet for me as well as the heating. I found them online and they were absolutely professional throughout and had very good communication skills. I would highly recommend their 5 star service to others.

We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Been back every year for the last 10 years to service our boiler. They initially installed the boiler and it hasn't dropped a beat. Always punctual and polite. Excellent advice also on other plumbing related issues. Top Notch !

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.

Worst experience ever. Charged over £300 for a leaking toilet. Took an hour and 3 mins so charged double. Absolute fraudsters.

The plumber Ashley and mate Wayne arrived exactly to schedule. They completed the replacement of the mixer tap within 30 mins. and made no mess. I found their work excellent.

Gary and the team sorted out my leaking drinking water taps in my kitchen with a recommended replacement system which works very well. A very quick and professional job completed very promptly, I will certainly use Aqua Gas again and highly recommend them.

Did a great job for us fitting anew boiler in a really old house, which wasnt straight forward. Other tradesmen had quoted us double, and told us a load of work was needed, whereas McCanns found a way around it. Knows what he is doing, and a good bloke.

Impressed with the speed and efficiency of the workers who installed my new boiler. The price was very competitive and service second to none. Cleaned up as they went along with very little disruption to the household. Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place. I would definitely recommend him, he's very honest, knows his stuff and didn't try and rip us off.

Did a gas safety check and found a lot of faults and fixed them.

We had a gas leak and called them they were quick to respond and sorted the problems.

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. Highly recommended and would use again.”

Very friendly and helpful

We were recommended this company and Ashley by a friend as were struggling to find someone who could solve our issue with our boiler. Two companies attended and charged a callout fee despite not being able to diagnose the fault and instead wanting to charge us over £3000 for a new boiler. Ashley attended the next day of me calling,diagnosed the fault within the hour which was an £50 part,and had the boiler back up and running during his visit as had the part on the van. Saved us a fortune,and had our heating and hot water back which we were without for over a week. Exceptional service,very professional and knowledgeable,would highly recommend to anybody looking for a good boiler engineer.

First time I have used this company and was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.Attended to my boiler breakdown in quick time and repaired during the first visit.
