About us
In October 2003 European Union legislation affecting the motor trade came into effect. Its full title is 'Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002' (in short 'BER').\n\nThis legislation changes the way cars may be serviced and repaired and gives motorists a lot more freedom in their decision as to who should look after their cars.\n\nBefore BER, it was very difficult to have cars, which were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, serviced anywhere except a franchised dealer.\n\nNow motorists can use any garage or their choice to service their cars without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty.*\n\nWith the average main dealer labour rate being in excess of \u00A3100 per hour, we can service your vehicle to manufacturer's specification at a considerable saving. We have the latest diagnostic equipment and, with technicians with over 35 years experience in the care of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VAG, Ferrari and Porsche we are ideally placed to take care of your vehicle. Riemans will only use parts to original equipment standards giving you the confidence your vehicle is maintained in accordance with their requirements.\n\n*subject to terms and conditions
