JOHN SMALE & CO is one of the longest established independent estate agents in the North Devon Area, founded c1900, providing professional competent advice for over 100 years. We were recenlty awarded in the 2018 UK Enterprise Awards - Most Established Independant Estate Agency - Barnstaple.\n\nThe company has always had a reputation for providing personal quality service, honest advice, commitment and hard work. A long list of loyal clients supports this. We aim to ensure that the staff are always friendly, helpful and above all efficient.\n\nWe are a family run business run by local people.\n\nJohn Smale & Co Barnstaple is the owned by David Edwards BSc MRICS FNAEA MARLA together with his wife Tracy Edwards BA. David was born and educated in North Devon but with significant work property experience nationally and in the North Devon areas.
