    really sad as a disabled customer, i was left in the freezin* cold and dark for over 20mins, then the driver turned up, saw my wheelchair and drove off, saying my taxi is 2mins away!! in tears due to cold and pain, another taxi turned up, trashed my shopping and precious artwork from children, then broke my wheelchair by ramming the boot down on it, not once but three times, despite m3 shouting to him and begging him to please stop breaking my wheelchair. why, why is that ok? i am now completely stuck, what has changed ash cars? what changed to make the service so poor now?
