if i could give 0 stars i would. absolutely disgusting service, the phone manner by the woman on the switchboard was absolutely appauling, she cleary hasnt got a clue about customer service at all. she should be taught a lesson on how to actually speak to paying customers with respect and not like an arsey cow. do not use.
