    very poor. i used the service almost every other week for a journey to durham station, however, the one time i needed to go the opposite way i was told i needed to pay a deposit over the phone. when i asked for a copy of the policy, initially i was told they would need to ask manager to send it, only for the manager to say the policy isn't in writing. v. poor service and given gdpr have great concerns at any company asking people to provide full debit or credit card details over the phone, but especially when they are aware the person is in a public place...privacy by design completely lost on these people. used station taxis instead, never once asked for deposit and arrived on time.
