do not bother using this company. we had booked 2 weeks in advance of an event - when we phoned to confirm the day before the event he denied any knowledge of a booking or of the phone call. the fact he'd given details of what make of car etc. during the booking made no difference and he had no interest in trying to help us out. total waste of time and completely unreliable, stay away if you want a company who will actually turn up.
