paul will be 'our' plumber from now on, just wish we had found him years ago. we had a leaking toilet and he sorted it even though it was a difficult job...perfect. i could tell watching him work that there were no shortcuts or sticking plasters, extremely professional and thorough service and i would recommend to any friends or family; also, there were no hidden extra charges, he gives a price (an extremely good one in my opinion) and does the work meticulously. if only all tradesman had this work ethic; thanks paul until next time.
