unreliable and v rude. paid a £35 deposit for drop off and collection from dalston at 3am. no one turned up after an hour of waiting around, no explanation. went to speak to the manager at the cab office to reclaim my money and submit a complaint. lady on the desk has zero customer service skills, rude and pass the buck style management. gave the benefit of the doubt tried to book again from ongar to abbey early morning, car never turned up 'flat tyre', again booked from abbey to abbey 'some one sick in the car' no one turned up. do no use this firm particularly for a night/early hours return as it is honestly pot luck depending on whether the driver can be bothered to do the job. just a general shambles and the owner is v abrupt and careless.
