terrible... at 3pm, i ordered a taxi for 4pm and they said theyd be there. i waited outside for them 5mins early, and rung 3 times between 4:05-4:20 and nobody has answered the phone once. it's currently 5pm and i have heard nothing else from them, and consequently missed my bus...
