terrible service. quote for £850 accepted to do all the work. actually did half and got my wife to believe it had all been done. she paid in full the same day. i made contact with james he stated he would get someone to complete the work asap but never did. review put in checkatrade. james not happy with poor review used intimidation on phone telling me to take it off. very nasty actually. no sign of half money returned. professional no. trustworthy no. you got the picture.
