i've been a loyal clock house cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months i've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." a month ago i was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. today i had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. even when i specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- i have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. no apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. just avoid clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.
