wouldn't recommend personally. booked a taxi on saturday 2nd sep 17 2 hours before i needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. the male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. as i say personally i wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.
