phone this company to come out and look at my gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 vat for call out, then i called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.
