booked taxi wel in advance for nye. was told taxi had been dispatched-never showed up. controllers extremely rude and hung up on us several times when trying to get another one. taxi eventually arrived an hour later than the booked time. were told up front it would be time and a half but were charged at least double that. won't be using again a black hack would have been cheaper even on nye
