booked a taxi the night before and explained it was for a hospital surgical procedure. taxi did not come on time and had to phone the company 4 times. was hung up on by the operator. ended up having to walk to great western road to get picked up. taxi driver denied any fault and when i said i didnt want to argue about it as was going into hospital for an operation and was feeling anxious, i was told to shut up. i left the taxi in tears. i will never use this company again nor recommend them. absolutely appalling.
