When I started redecorating Steve was my first choice for the electrical work, so I was relieved when his quote was competitive. He installed spotlights in my bathroom, lounge, and dining room, replaced the wall lights with warm white dimmable downlights in the alcoves and updated my smoke alarms to neat, modern ones. He tidied surface wiring left by the gas fitter, installed extra plug sockets with USB charging points, renewed all sockets and light switches and added a video doorbell. The plasterers who followed repeatedly said what a neat job the electrician had done, making their job easier. Steve is professional, thorough, responsive and friendly; he gets on with the work and tidies up any mess. He arrived when he said he would, kept me up to date as the work progressed, and called back after a few weeks to make sure I was happy with everything, which I was and still am.

Called out to repair a system that he had installed , said he would call and fix the following day at 3pm . I called again and left messages as he failed to turn up . Despite calls and messages he did not get back in touch . Will not be using him again very disappointed

We called out Steve to fix a problem with our electric and after bypassing the rcd he advised he would be back around on the Wednesday, however he didn't turn up, didn't answer our phone calls or any texts. Terrible service and a terrible overall experience, we won't be calling this company again in the future.
