Worst experience ever. Charged over £300 for a leaking toilet. Took an hour and 3 mins so charged double. Absolute fraudsters.

The plumber Ashley and mate Wayne arrived exactly to schedule. They completed the replacement of the mixer tap within 30 mins. and made no mess. I found their work excellent.

I am writing to inform you that I was the guy stranded by the RAC recently for 22HOURS and this guy had the decency to stop and assist me in my hour of need.So whatever you need I would have no hesitation in recommending someone who has the decency to assist a complete stranger with no thought for himself. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest.
